Select a category from the SHOP menu found at the left of your screen and then select an item. On the item page, choose your options for the item (size or color, for example) and enter how many of the item you wish to purchase with the options you have selected. Select the ADD TO CART button (if an item is out of stock, you will see a SOLD OUT button instead).
In the shopping cart, you may adjust the quantities, remove items from your cart or continue shopping. You may also choose to purchase the items in your cart by selecting the CHECKOUT button.
If you have previously ordered from Grumpy Girl or have registered to receive our newsletter, you are a Registered Grumpy Girl and may login with your email address and password.
If you are a new customer or had registered with Grumpy Girl on our old website, you will need to provide us with your billing information. This creates an account that you can log into at any time to check on the status of your order, update your contact information or change your newsletter preferences.
Once logged in/registered, you can continue the checkout process, entering any coupon codes you may have, selecting how you would like to pay and confirming your order. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will then be transferred to their secure server to complete your payment.

Grumpy Girl accepts Credit Card and PayPal payments. Payments are processed through PayPal, a free service that allows you to charge purchases to a major credit card, or to electronically transfer funds from your bank account via a secure server.
Grumpy Girl ships both domestically and internationally with shipping and handling charges based upon the weight of the items ordered and their destination.*

Group 4 - International includes Australia, New Zealand, Japan
Delivery is usually by USPS First Class (orders totaling less than $10.00) or Priority Mail. Larger orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Transit time will typically range from 3 to 7 days via any of these methods.
If you have a request for a specific shipping carrier or method (e.g., UPS Blue or FedEx Express for rush orders), please contact us, and we will certainly do our best to accommodate your request!
Most products are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of order, while some products, which may be temporarily out of stock, are shipped within two to three weeks. However, we will notify you of any items that are out of stock and give you the option to cancel or change your order at that time.
* Our standard charges are averages and are determined by several factors. We would like to stress that while we never intend to profit from shipping and handling charges, in some cases the actual postage paid to ship an order may be more or less than the amount charged.
At this time, Grumpy Girl ships to the following countries only:
Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, The Netherlands, UK, and the United States. If do not live in one of these countries but would like to place an order, please contact us for more information.
A note on customs for international orders: Please be aware that your package may be subject to additional customs clearance fees and duties, depending on the value of your order and your country's customs policies. If you are unaware of or unsure of your country's policies, we suggest you contact your local customs office.
Grumpy Girl's standard method of international shipping is via United States Postal Service Airmail. Once we have sent your package, we unfortunately have no control over international customs procedures and cannot be held responsible for either customs fees and duties or delays due to customs.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason and desire an exchange or refund, please return it within 30 days (please see returns below).
Before returning any item, please contact us with full details. We will reply promptly regarding the problem. If you should return any purchase, please include a copy of the invoice with your return. Items returned without insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not accept C.O.D. packages. Please include a note giving us instructions for handling the return (examples: exchange, refund, etc.) Return postage is refunded only when defective merchandise is returned or when we have made an error.
